All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (SGT) will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotions, or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Time in Singapore

Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Standard Shipping: SGD 5
Free Shipping: Available for orders above SGD 100

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment.

We ship orders using trusted local courier partners such as:

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Couriers typically attempt delivery up to two (2) times.
If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address details, re-delivery fees (if any) will be borne by the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

J Crystals is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
